Zhejiang Kaide Chemical Co., Ltd. is a new Hong Kong-invested chemical enterprise engaged in research and manufacturing of special surface active agent and polyether. In 2014, it was settled in Hangzhou Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering 36000 square meters. Total assets are RMB 350 million Yuan. And our company was awarded as “Shangyu best investment project” and “Advanced enterprise of industrial investment” in 2015.

Our principle is “high-tech, high-quality”. Since establishment, we always implement most advanced automatic operation mode in order to realize high-speed development.

There are 16 sets of condensation instrument with single capacity of 380cube. We have production capacity of 120000 tons of surface active agents and polyether each year. Storage capacity is 3500cube. Stereometric warehouse covers 15000square meters.

Our company emphasizes on talent cultivation. We cooperate with universities and research institutes. Meanwhile we pay attention to technique and technology development. We set up professional quality detection department. There is advanced equipment, including, gaschromatograph, liquid chromatograph, near-infrared hydroxyl value tester, GPC molecular distribution tester, to guarantee product analysis and detection. We have several sets of small experiment instrument to meet special research request.

In production, we use DCS and SIS full-automatic control system. We have world leading outside loop atomizing reaction unit and thermal energy recycling system. In addition, we increase our investment in environmental protection and safety aspects to reduce discharge of three wastes.
